Most people will agree one of the healthiest habits you can adopt is to drink plenty of water each day. This water does not nourish and hydrate the body, but aids digestion with impurities of body wash. Better yet, water has absolutely zero calories so it is literally the perfect drink.
To be honest, I have not always been a diehard drinker of water. It was a habit I had to develop all the more that it was a major consumer of soda. When I say heavy, I mean every day. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Fortunately, I changed this habit and now regularly drink at least six glasses of water a day, sometimes more than ten glasses a day. This is what I've come to appreciate this healthy and refreshing drink
This now brings us to the question of this post - My Big Blue Cup
I have this rather large blue plastic cup containing exactly 28 ounces of liquid. I have no idea where that drink wine, or how it came into my hands, but last year became personally known to me as my big blue cup.
Outside my 1 cup of coffee I drink in the morning, the water is usually drink consumption during the day. When you eat breakfast, a bottle of water, my tea always goes hand in hand with water, usually dinner 2 glasses of water, and certainly after exercise - water, water , water.
At home, the first thing I look at when I'm thirsty is my big blue cup. For some reason, this clear glass non-decorative plastic probably not cost more than a dollar helped me to continue with drinking water per day and this is what is key here.
My big blue cup has become a political instrument for me, drink a cup when at home means that I will not drink water. Outside of the cup is 28 oz, I am really 3 glasses of water every time you drink it all!
The point is, if a cup or a special glass will help inspire you to create a healthy habit, jump on it. Go! Everything you need to develop positive health habits is the most important lesson of this.
Designate this your inspiration drink the cup, mug, cup, bottle and can help meet the healthy habit of drinking water each day that my big blue cup has done for me.
