How many times have we heard: "I'm low carb high protein diet" or "I'll have no carbohydrates for dinner" or "carbs are not as fat" How many times or read articles state categorically that carbohydrates are what makes us prone to central obesity, diabetes, etc?
It is convenient to blame carbs and forget to look at our way of life - I mean, the fact that we were so busy killing time in our armchairs or sofas or chairs office or on the car seat - we were so busy stressing about issues that really matter to force or even sleepless nights partying and drinking or watching movies or complete religiously to the "last minute" tasks. Oh! But this is good! But we must reduce carbs .. Avoid rice and everything will be fine. And we will thin magic. We find fairy godmother Cinderella? And if we do not then we do admit certain facts!
