Americans are fat and getting fatter and this horrible situation is a direct result of the environment we live in a car culture, wherever we go, we sat. Nobody walks wherever your bike more. We conduct ourselves. This car culture, as well as processed foods and fast foods that we eat all contribute to the culture of fat.

Americans eat more and exercise less, not surprising that 69% of American adults are overweight and 35% of that number are simply obese. America, we are fat and getting fatter.
So what we do to reverse this trend, since fat people means only one thing and that is death. Maybe death by diabetes and its complications or death can be a heart attack and is usually the last. 600,000 Americans die each year from heart disease. Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death among men and women in America. (Source, the Center for Disease Control, http://www.cdc.gov) know what causes diabetes, processed and fast foods, and a sedentary lifestyle and the same pattern is exactly what causes heart attacks that kill many Americans.
The answer to the above question is to reverse this trend in the diet and exercise. If we know and what the causes of these diseases, we only invest this process. If fast food and processed are what kills us, then get rid of it in your diet, and I know this is much easier said than done, however, it can be done and, in fact, must do.
How can we get rid of these foods? There are several alternatives out there now. Fore example, the paleo diet, go back to eating what our ancestors ate. Let me share with you. That's what for breakfast. An omelet with sautéed mushrooms and red pepper. What's for lunch? The soup can be vegetable or turkey or beef soup, potatoes. What's for dinner? Salad, have a salad chef adding meat and boiled eggs, usually add grilled chicken and prepare a Caesar salad, which is simply delicious. And these are just a few ideas, can do a combo of the Mediterranean diet with the paleo diet, but basically stick to a diet that lean protein and lots of fruits and vegetables. This is the diet that will keep you out of the emergency room and in good shape and also think about developing an exercise routine. Diet, exercise and nutritional supplements, is what keeps you healthy and remember, health is wealth.
