What I do not love summer? There is nothing better than a hot sunny day break, spend time outdoors and enjoy delicious food and drinks while relaxing on a patio. Summer is the season of barbecues and social events that seem to evolve around tempting foods and refreshing cocktails are hard to resist. Even for fans of the more disciplined health can be difficult to maintain a healthy balance. It is not surprising that after a summer of indulgence can lead to numbers on the scale creep.
