and services. It does not matter whether they are diet plans; ready to

By altering your self image and changing old habits success is within your grasp.
I would like to show you how easily you can change an old habit. Try this very simple exercise. Tie your shoes or sneakers by starting the bow with the opposite hand. If you do not have any shoes that tie use a string or ribbon.
If you usually start your bow with your right hand turning the lace with your left, now start the bow with your left hand turning the lace with your right. Practice this daily for 21 days. By the end of that time not only will you be able to tie a bow in the opposite direction but you will see how easy it is to change an old habit.
In the beginning you will have to think carefully about how you are tying a bow. But as you practice it on a daily basis you will start to get the hang of it. This first 10-13 days will be the most difficult. By the end of 21 days you will make your new bow without thinking about it.
I know you can do it! This is the first step on your road to reaching your goal of permanent weight loss.
