One of these two fat producing foods may surprise you because most people incorrectly think of them as being "healthy". Many Certified Nutrition Specialists advocate cutting back or even completely cutting these out of their diet plans.

Try cutting out wheat and wheat products for a few weeks and see if you don't feel better. Not only will those headaches and stomach problems go away, but you will start losing belly fat quickly. Some people even solve their skin problems when they give up eating wheat.

Fruit Juice
This shocked me. It was a staple for most of our breakfasts. We thought it was "HEALTHY", but it is actually very fattening.
Don't think I'm being anti-carbohydrate here. I eat a lot of healthy fruit. What we buy now as juice is really just a sugary drink loaded with fat producing calories and not the beneficial fiber you get from the rest of the fruit. The Simple solution is Eat the whole fruit.

Apple and Orange juice are the 2 worst offenders in a western diet. Drinking only the juice, we miss out on the satisfying beneficial effect of the fiber. We are then left craving more carbohydrates. Additionally. the fiber in whole fruit has a positive effect on blood sugar response by slowing that spike we get with carbs.

So over-drinking fruit juices will make you pack on the pounds. But, eating the whole fruit with all that good fiber gives you high density nutrition and helps you to stay on your healthy balanced diet of whole unprocessed foods.
