American's Perception of Healthy Body Weight Needs Adjusting - People Are Kidding Themselves

Okay so the other day, I really wanted to see how my workouts and I have an average of 15% fat in my body mass index, 152 Lbs. . 4-5 day old 5'10 "and 50 years now, when I see my friends say I'm fine, but I warn you. did not lose more weight, because it would be unhealthy In fact, you're wrong I'm in an almost perfect weight and BMI now, and just a little thinner and I could start making swimwear modeling.
