If you can not lose weight no matter what, then chances are your setbacks may be due to two very common questions that I will discuss in today's article. Take a few minutes of your day and read on to learn more!

1) No Foundation -. You can go on the program of the hottest diet today, take the pill more effective, or even get liposuction on a diet, but if you do not have the foundation for successful weight loss in place, then it will be virtually impossible to get any kind of results.

What is the reason?

A.) water. Also, I strongly recommend that you drink very consistent during the day ... in other words, stay hydrated and never let thirst.

Examples of this exercise is the bench press, squats, dead, etc. The reason I recommend this type of weight training because it burns more calories, more force accumulates and you get amazing results. For cardio, I recommend high intensity interval exercise, such as sprinting or sports (basketball, tennis, etc..) This type of exercise will speed up your metabolism.

For best results, I recommend that you exercise at least 3 times a week, and I also recommend that you try to do your exercises first thing in the morning to make sure you burn more stored calories.

. 2) you follow a fad diet - low calorie low fat types of programs etc. If you fell to the low-carb, celebrity diet, then you are certainly not alone. Many people have continued this type of diet, and many people have the same result ... NOTHING! These types of artificial diets are extremely inefficient, can slow down your metabolic rate, low energy level, the locking screw of the digestive tract (a common problem), and they cost a fortune!
