Since we as humans entered the concept diet weight loss, there were dozens of different ways to approach weight loss. It seems that almost everyone has an angle, is rich in carbohydrates and low in carbohydrates, fat and healthy fats, and so on it goes. Some so-called experts say their system works for everyone, then another expert comes and asks something totally opposite. Obviously, it can be very confusing.
But probably the only thing that is true for any diet to work could be divided into one word: respect. Most diets work, at least to some extent, if the person making the supply can support on a regular basis and long term. And I guess I should add, with the caveat that the plan will actually keep the person healthy and strong.
So maybe the first thing to consider with the plan is to choose one that we can live. With large amounts of wonderful food we have now, it's pretty hard just to stop eating. But if you could enjoy the foods you like, provided they are healthy, but "retard" eat food, this is perhaps the best way to lose weight.
This is where we come in fasting. The concept of going through periods of near starvation and then give the body of large amounts of food is part of the human form of the diet of most of our lives, at least until recently, when food most people on earth became more abundant. It could be that the human body is actually wired for this type of food. So maybe if we could use some concepts for fasting, provided they were healthy, could be a way for us to get our gourmet path without putting in huge amounts of weight.
Many health experts now receive fast as perhaps the best answer to weight loss. There are a couple of broad categories of fasting people should look, and if done in the right way could be a good option for many people.
1. Intermittent Fasting. This is where you limit the foods you eat for a day in a window of 6-8 hours.
2. Fasting other day. There are several variants of this. It is when a person goes to fast all day, drinking only water. This could be done a few times a week, then eat their normal diet during the other days. This for most people is quite difficult, so an alternative is to eat a meal during fasting that day maybe 500 cal.
It was found that the performance of this type is the highest fasting. Some have tried during his days of fasting to shed 500 calories meals a few small meals spread throughout the day, but it seems to encourage cheating.
Fasting does not seem to have great promise for many people because it makes the body restores, encourage the development of burn more fat storage. As in the exercise of the body when the person and the more your body adjusts daily routine and reduces training results.
