Get Out of Your Fitness Rut! My Story

The first thing you have to admit that I'm coming across a serious lack of motivation on my own health and fitness. That's it! A professional fitness who has helped hundreds of people achieve their goals in health can go off track. We all go through periods where there is a lack of motivation. Although it was not ideal, it really helped me to empathize with people who are going through a struggle to reach the top of their weight loss goals. Let me tell you a bit of my story.

My Story:

There is a little over 3 years, I lived my dream. Part of the "Green Machine" training for a job I've always wanted to do. Extreme rappelling buildings and elevator shafts physical training, jumping from helicopters and being part of a highly skilled team was at work one day. Literally in an instant that dream ended for ever. My only reason for winning the top club for 10 years was cut in the legs. I found a lack of motivation to stay in shape. He knew a lot about how to get fit and stay fit from my experience, but the desire to go on literally disappeared. As I became unfit and not getting the proper nutrients in my body, I became very injury trend. One day I looked in the mirror and 25kgs (55 pounds) overweight. Once at this point, I became prone to injury and it was a vicious circle or "too injured to get fit" and "I need to be fit to stop being hurt.

Reversing the trend:

There is nothing like a serious health issue in his family to wake you. The news that my father was the subject of an emergency triple bypass surgery was a real awakening call. Knowing that heart disease was a part of the history of our family has made me think. Whatever your current situation and the physical challenges it faces, it's not something you can do to stay active. No excuses.

Step 1: Own your current situation

The time came when I had to put aside all the excuses and take charge of my health and fitness. Excess weight is really an option. It is the choice not to invest in their own health, giving you at least 30 minutes a day to exercise active or active recovery. There is an option to enjoy more poor nutrition over a period of time. The first step is to understand your current situation and take responsibility for where you are.

Step 2: Exercise is good exercise

Whether you're walking around the block with your dog, take part in a session of training camp or for a charity event, anything you do to stay active is a victory. My motto that I use for myself and my clients is "in motion is to win." If you move your body in some way, then you win your battle for health and fitness. Fringe benefits are the best way to get in shape without harming your body. This philosophy will be back to his best.

Step 3: Arrange with your nutrition

Again and again, I see that is organized with the preparation of food is the main obstacle to clean eating. Good eating habits is usually more of a logistical challenge a challenge to temptation. This does not mean you will not have junk food cravings once you eat clean. Prepared meals great help. Then you have found your weight at a manageable level is a good idea to be very strict about eating healthy foods.

Step 4: Find your motivation

Take time each day to reflect on what you want for yourself with your health and fitness. How do you see yourself as a person in terms of appearance and health? Wanting to look good is perfectly natural and you do not have to look like a model of fitness to be happy. Imagine yourself and your partner and children grow together and keep that feeling to stay on track with their health goals and fitness.
