Other benefits include preserving and building muscle mass, which is important for maintaining a high metabolism. Lean meats such as chicken breast and fish are rich in protein , which helps burn calories too quickly . If you want to gain muscle mass with your ab workouts , so do not be afraid to include protein rich foods in your diet.
For beginners, adding weight to your leg raises , crunches and other abdominal exercises can be too much for you to start without weights at first. Then, when you get used to your abdominal exercise routine, add weight to challenge yourself and still see those 6 pack abs develop.
