Traditionally, we have heard that eating the wrong foods and eating too much of them was actually a product of a lack of will. As more research is being done on the subject, we find that more will end up in what we eat in our diet. Maybe in the next few years that we better understand the complexity
of the process of elimination diet , we will be able to adopt a more
scientific approach to food than pure will.
