Over the years, I spent 1,000 hours designing and drafting of several diet plans. Every time I go through the process of trying to improve it and make it work better for the individual. I always put a lot of thought into it. Hoping to finally achieve the perfect day diet that works for everyone.
Unfortunately, the more work I put into these types of diets and also more complicated and difficult they become. I think probably more. People must have the right base that is all that is needed first for many people.
People want things simple, not complex. People want a summary, not a manual.
People have less time than ever. So today, I'll take a look at some of the simplest systems I've seen in my life.

1 Eat only if you have a face or green
Brief explanation: you can eat animals or vegetables
2 intermittent fasting. 5: 2, 4, 3, 2, 5 (normal food day: The days of fasting)
Brief explanation: Skip breakfast and eat 1-2 snacks per day for 2 consecutive days and did not eat for five days. This has now increased 4: 3 and up 2: 5 or in other words, 2 light meals for 5 days (Monday to Friday) and eat normally (whatever that is) for 2 days.
3 fasting good. After 1-3 days.
This is the real deal. Not eating for a period of time. Just drink water or a hot drink and take a multivitamin of some sort. Leaving the speed with a balanced diet and not overeat.
4-Paleo or (healthy) Atkins
Brief explanation: There are many slightly different versions of this approach, but in the column are the same. Rich in protein, low in carbohydrates. In the regime of caves / Atkins healthy eating mostly meat and vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, herbs and spices.
5 Go vegan vegetarian / part time.
A vegetarian or vegan diet used for half the time, can give you a boost in health and weight loss.
For some people who are one of the plans listed for a few weeks would feel better, after all, the average person likes to have candy right?
Most diets do not work for most people and, ultimately, the best diet is one you can follow. You must be able to stick to it, because it's a way of life, is always to be a lasting thing you can not do it for a few weeks or months at a time.
Good nutrition:
Improves your health
A -Helps lose weight / stay in shape
there are generally feeling better
-Sheets A long-term brand and brings lasting permanent changes
nice and tasty -is
-Gets Easier, you do (not difficult)
Weight still maintains
As long as your diet meets the above will be fine. So if you want to come with its own version of a diet, staff have a chance.
Make your own rules each time that works for you.
Some people I know have never done diet and exercise and weight have not changed.
When I ask "how?" saying things like "when I'm over 11 stone or decrease as X or Y".
