As a busy mom, you have the hardest job in the world. In addition to taking care of the guys, husband, house and pets, you must also take responsibility for their own careers.
More often than not, moms always seem to put their needs on the back burner and finish last in the list.
It's time to stop wearing and take some time past "me" for a change.
It's time to take care of itself.
Add these 4 tips into your life today!
# 1 Find gratitude and joy
You do not need me to tell you that being a mom is stressful.
Remember those days are gone very quickly and one day you will look back with nostalgia the days when their children were young.
You have been blessed to raise these children. To see them grow day by day children who are now teenagers and young adults they will become.
Try to enjoy the joy in those moments. Find something to be grateful every day.
# 2 Limit consumption of sugar
The sugar is one of the safest, however, FMCG foods.
It is highly processed, it has absolutely no nutritional value and is a major cause of weight gain and obesity. He is everywhere.
Not only in the things you would expect like chocolate, cakes and biscuits, but also in places you would not expect like tomato sauce, peanut butter and even orange juice.
It is unrealistic to avoid all sugars. You can limit your intake though.
# 3 Eat whole, unprocessed foods
The low fat, low carb, low calorie processed foods are an illusion. If you take a look at the label of one of these foods, you are able to pronounce the ingredients, however, unless you understand what they are.
If you can not understand the ingredients is likely that your body is.
Many food manufacturers obscure the real ingredients with names you've never heard of.
# 4 Learn to say "no"
Learning to say no is one of the best feelings in the world. As a mother, you tend to try to please everybody all the requirements and requests it receives every day. It is above their already overloaded schedule. Whether volunteering at school or baked cookies for the bake sale in the school, just learn to say no. No matter how much we try to do around the world, there will always be someone who does not believe that its best is good enough. Do not feel guilty. You only have so much time and energy
