The first principle is that the system should be rich in proteins.

The second principle is that the system must effectively disseminate calories in smaller meals and, if possible, front-loading those calories earlier in the day. If you eat two or three large meals a day, your digestive system will not be effective. Everything is not going to happen. The backup is performed. The second principle is to NEVER drink your calories, except for protein shakes. Most liquid calories are empty calories of sugar. They are 100% useless to you and your body. If you need a sweet taste, use Stevia to sweeten water packets. They work very well and allowed me to stop drinking sodas within 3 days. I have not looked back too.
